Meet Dr. Alejandra Fernandez, DMD, MSD, a dedicated orthodontist with over ten years of experience transforming smiles for children, teens, and adults. A native Arizonan fluent in English and Spanish, she is passionate about delivering personalized, high-quality care to her community. Dr. Fernandez earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Harvard and completed her Orthodontics specialty training and a master’s degree at the University of Puerto Rico. Her postdoctoral research focused on craniofacial abnormalities and early orthodontic intervention, which continues to inform her patient-centered approach.

Dr. Fernandez has worked extensively with traditional braces, early treatment appliances, and Invisalign, tailoring each treatment plan to align facial aesthetics and overall dental health. She has also led orthodontic departments in New York and Arizona, training staff and collaborating with dental specialists to provide comprehensive care. Committed to lifelong learning, she remains active in professional organizations such as the American Association of Orthodontists. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Fernandez enjoys paddleboarding, outdoor adventures with her dogs, and spending time with her family.
